Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- The item must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or promotional items.
- Items purchased as part of special collections or custom-made products.
- Gift cards or vouchers.

Refunds

Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning items unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item received).
- Shipping charges for the original order are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
